Step 2 - Hourly Staging and Installation – Furniture & Accessory Rentals
Labor is billed hourly for packing, loading, delivery, setup, styling, and takedown - Professional staging services performed by the PFP team, including furniture placement, space planning, accessory styling, and the installation of furnishings to bring your design plan to life.
Furniture and accessories are rented per item or area - Enhance key spaces with thoughtfully selected furnishings and décor from PFP’s curated designer collection to create a cohesive, market-ready presentation.

Listing Preparation Guide — A step-by-step resource outlining how to prepare your home for the market, from decluttering and depersonalizing to the finishing touches that help your home stand out.
Personalized Video Recap — A video summary of the consultation, outlining our recommendations and design plan for your reference as you prepare your home for market.
