Tasha Axmaker is the Founder, Creative Director and CEO of Poetically Featured Properties. She began her career in the real estate industry as a broker in 2004, however her true passion has always been interior design. In 2013, she combined her expertise with her passion to establish Poetically Featured Properties.
With over 20 years of experience, Tasha possesses extensive knowledge in listing preparation and home design. Her background encompasses every facet of real estate including home staging, interior design, listing and selling, vacation rental ownership and management, and investing.
When staging Tasha specializes in creating cohesive designs that flow seamlessly from the neighborhood to the architectural type to the interior finishes. Her approach is analytical, taking into account the most likely buyer demographic, the property’s price point, and its architectural style to create the most effective staging presentation.
When designing she curates distinctive, style-specific homes. Some of her favorite design styles include Modern Organic, Bohemian, Industrial, and Vintage Charm. Tasha enjoys educating clients about various design trends and styles, while emphasizing the importance of timeless design. Recognizing that most people appreciate a mix of styles, she is committed to blending her clients’ preferences with the home’s original architectural character to achieve a harmonious result.
